He stated that Cheney is eager to work alongside a president who will be a team player with individuals of differing political opinions and who share the same goals. Richard Bruce Cheney is the son of Richard Herbert Cheney of the late Marjorie Lauraine Dickey. He was born on the 30th of January 1941, in Lincoln Nebraska. When Richard Bruce Cheney turned 13 He and his family relocated from Lincoln Nebraska to Casper Wyoming where his father was the head of his position as the head of U.S. Department of Agriculture's local soil conservation districts.
